Born to lead?

The ASEAN Graduate Programme

Turning challenges into opportunities…

Want to help shape our business?

This programme, which is available in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Philippines is not meant to be easy, because an easy ride is not how leaders are made. We believe that providing challenging and exciting roles will give you the opportunity to break new ground and develop your potential as a leader. You will be challenged, you will be pushed, but you will also be inspired during this exciting and unforgettable journey. Adapt, stay on top and believe in yourself. Do that and you will be ready to lead at Linde. And of course, we are behind you every step of the way.
